Burton Eurovault Aver LFS Grade 1 (Size 1) Keylocking Safe Fitted in West London - (case study 01336)
Our client located in Notting Hill, West London W11, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea were looking for a Eurograde 1 keylocking safe. They were looking for a safe small enough to be installed on top of a chest of drawers within a walk-in wardrobe so that they didn't have to bend down to access the safe.
We recommended this safe by Burton Safes, which is the Eurovault Aver LFS Grade 1 (Size 1) Keylocking Safe.
As you can see we installed it on top of the shelf above the chest of drawers, which is just out of view in the photograph. It was bolted to the brick wall at the back of the cupboard, through the panel with expanding anchors, very firmly anchored to the fabric of the building in accordance with insurance requirements.
Two keys were issued to the client and we tidied up and cleaned up the work area. We issued a certificate of installation which is a requirement for insurance and the customer was very happy with the work.

Notting Hill is perhaps London’s most cinematic neighborhood, a vibrant kaleidoscope of pastel-colored townhouses and eclectic charm. While it gained global fame through its namesake film, the area’s true identity is rooted in a rich Caribbean heritage and a radical, artistic history. This legacy culminates every August in the Notting Hill Carnival, a thunderous explosion of music and color that transforms these leafy streets into Europe’s largest street party. The neighborhood’s heartbeat is Portobello Road, home to one of the world’s most famous antique markets. Here, treasure hunters weave through stalls of vintage watches and silver, flanked by trendy brunch spots and high-end boutiques. Beyond the market bustle, the area offers quiet, mews-lined sanctuaries and the refined elegance of Westbourne Grove. Whether you are exploring the independent cinema at the Electric Diner or photographing the iconic "rainbow rows" of houses, W11 remains a masterclass in effortless London cool, blending aristocratic luxury with a stubborn, creative spirit.
