Refund policy

The Customer may cancel a Goods Order by notifying the Supplier within 24 hours of placing an Order (providing the Goods have not already been shipped) and any money paid by the Customer will be refunded less the charges incurred by the Supplier in processing the Customer's card Payment (usually 3% of total Order value) and less an administration fee of £19.

If an order has already been processed and the Goods have been dispatched it is deemed as too late to cancel the Order.
If 24 hours has elapsed since the order was placed it is deemed as too late to cancel the Order.

If the Customer attempts to cancel the Order with less than 48 hours notice (prior to the scheduled installation date) it is deemed as too late to cancel the Order.
At this point a partial refund will be considered by the Supplier which is typically 75% of the amount originally paid by the customer.

Returns and Refunds are at the sole discretion of the Supplier.
Faulty goods will be dealt with as described in section 8.3 of the terms and conditions which can be found in full here.
The Supplier does not accept Returns for Goods simply not wanted or incorrectly ordered. Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery date and Goods must be in all original packaging with all original accessories and documentation and must be in an 'as new' condition. Returns must be accompanied by a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN), which will be issued at the sole discretion of the Supplier. Returns will not be accepted at the Supplier's goods inwards department without the RAN number clearly marked on the package. Refunds will be at the sole discretion of the Supplier and will be the amount paid by the Customer less the charges incurred by the Supplier in processing the Customer's card Payment (usually 3% of total Order value) less the amount paid by the Supplier for the original delivery of the Goods and less an administration fee of £19. The Customer will be solely responsible for the costs in shipping the Return back to the Supplier.

The Supplier can, at its sole discretion, cancel any order placed by a Customer, and return any money paid.
