The Burton Safes Firemax 10/60 Keylocking Safe is a robust fire and security safe designed for commercial and residential environments where both high fire protection and practical cash or valuables storage are needed. Independently tested to provide a 60-minute fire rating, it helps protect important documents and contents in the event of a fire, while its strong steel construction and high-security mechanical key lock ensure reliable everyday defence against unauthorised access.

The Burton Safes Firemax 30 is a large, heavy‑duty fire and security safe engineered for commercial and office environments, combining robust cash protection with substantial fire resistance. Independently tested, it offers a 60 minute fire rating (for paper) and a £4,000 cash rating, with the option of either high‑security key or electronic locking, making it suitable for safeguarding important documents, valuables and cash stores.

Designed with height‑adjustable shelving and optional pull‑out shelves, hanging file frames and lockable coffers for organised storage, the Firemax 30 also includes secure base fixing, a roomy internal capacity and assurance of quality through Secured by Design and AIS insurance approvals for everyday business security needs.

If your installation address is in the London or the Home Counties your safe will be delivered and professionally installed by one of our own vetted installers at the price* you see on this page.
(* The only potential extra charge is if the location you have in mind has a skirting board, we will need to trim a section of the board so that the unit is
in contact with the wall. This is an extra charge of £45 and you can add this to your order on the Optional Items).

If your address is outside of London or the Home Counties but is UK Mainland, your safe will be delivered to you on DHL, UPS or similar but installation is not included, and you will need to self-install or arrange a local tradesperson to carry out your installation.
