What About a Survey?
We generally don't need to carry out a survey in order to assess whether or not we can install your new safe.
What we ask you to do in the first instance is to send us a video on WhatsApp.
You'll see in the image here some instructions with 6 simple steps along with our WhatsApp number that you can click on to send us the video. Please carefully follow all 6 steps.
Once we've seen the video, we may then say actually a survey is required and we may get in touch.
✓ For smaller lightweight safes, like our Bloomsbury range for example we can normally just assess where we can install it on the day. The survey or video might not be necessary.
